Everything is starting to look the same. Same templates, same gradients, same words, same launches. Tools have made building faster than ever, and they’ve made sameness cheaper than ever too. When anyone can produce anything, the average becomes free. And the average is invisible.
Antitype exists against that.
I believe difference is about to become the most valuable thing a company can own. Markets are louder, attention is harder to earn, and the companies that win won’t be the ones that ship the most. They’ll be the ones people remember. That’s why I built this studio: to help founders stand out, and to turn that difference into something real. Stronger products, better numbers, a brand people trust before they’ve even tried it.
Because design was never decoration. A brand is a promise, a product is the proof, and both should move what matters: conversion, retention, growth. Beautiful and measurable, never one without the other.
AI will keep getting better at producing what already exists. It learns from the past and predicts the likely. Creativity works the other way. It looks for the unlikely, the idea nobody asked for yet, the choice that feels wrong until it becomes obvious. Taste, intuition and conviction are still human first. I use every tool available, but I never let the tool decide.
I work close to the people building the company. I ask hard questions, challenge the brief, and care about the result as much as the craft. Every category has its type: the expected look, the safe choice, the thing everyone else already did.
